Our journal tackles the issues women in business face today, researched and written by students who are about to face them too.
Why ambitious girls with great ideas often lack the confidence or network to turn them into reality, and how mentorship closes that gap.
From boardrooms to startups to space programs, we research where women are breaking barriers, and where the barriers still stand.
How women build influence and presence in business while navigating expectations that don't apply equally to everyone.
Internships, applications, and "who you know": we explore how access to opportunity shapes who gets to lead next.
Beyond the journal, we host virtual workshops and events designed to help students build real skills and connect with each other.
An engaging one-hour virtual event for aspiring innovators and entrepreneurs. Participants learned about the stages of the innovation process, from ideation to product launch, through keynote speeches, interactive workshops, and hands-on activities.
Attendees gathered from around the world for keynote speeches, breakout case study workshops, and a rapid product-development challenge, leaving equipped with collaboration, communication, and brainstorming skills they can apply to their own ideas.
We're planning our next workshop for the community, stay tuned to our Instagram and TikTok for details and sign-up information.
The She's Business Journal showcases student-written research and articles on business, entrepreneurship, leadership, and current events, creating an accessible resource for girls looking to learn, grow, and make an impact.

Hi! I'm Fidan, a student from Irvine, California. I founded She's Business after noticing how few opportunities existed for young women to explore business, entrepreneurship, and leadership in a confident way.
Throughout high school, I found myself surrounded by ambitious girls with incredible ideas, but many lacked the resources, confidence, or network to turn those ideas into reality. Business can often feel intimidating, exclusive, or simply out of reach when you're first starting out.
I wanted to create a space where students could learn, ask questions, develop skills, and connect with others who shared similar goals. That's why I created She's Business. What started as a small initiative has grown into a global community of student leaders, interns, and chapter members passionate about empowering the next generation of women in business.
If even one student gains the confidence to pursue a goal they once thought was out of reach, then we've accomplished our mission.
She's Business runs on the work of 180+ student researchers and chapter leaders across the globe. This is everyone who's contributed.
